Good tidings, declaring peace and bringing joyful news,

Who proclaim salvation and say to Zion, “Your God reigns.”

Behold those who keep watch lift up their voices, together they sing for joy;

their eyes will see the return of the Lord to Zion.

Break forth together into singing, you devastated places of Jerusalem;

For God has comforted your people. God has redeemed your city.

The Lord has shown the nations awesome strength;

now all the ends of the Earth shall see the saving power of our God.

Let us lift up our hearts in praise, and worship this mighty God whom we serve.
