*GATHERING SONGS [3 Praise Songs]

-Dan will introduce songs, referring to OVERHEAD.

SCRIPTURE READING Ecclesiastes3:1 and 6

+Liturgists (Korean & English): Use NRSV version. ^Say: “The first Scripture reading

for today is from . . .” End reading with: “The Word of the Lord.”

^This will be also be translated to Korean.

*SONG Seek Ye First

-Dan will introduce song.

THE PEOPLE’S PRAYERS OF PRAISE, THANKS AND INTERCESSION

+Liturgists (Korean & English) will open prayer time with: “Let us now offer our prayers of praise and petition to God, remembering that God has an appointed time for all things in our lives and that God’s timing is perfect. Please end your prayer of praise with the words, “O Loving God,” and the community will respond, “We praise you, O God!” Please end your prayer of petition with the words, “God in your grace/mercy,” and the community will respond, “Hear our prayer.”

People’s Prayers

+Liturgists (Korean & English) will say to close prayer time: ^“Let us now pray the prayer that Jesus taught us in the language we are most comfortable.” Lord’s Prayer.

^This will be also be translated to Korean.

SCRIPTURE READING Psalm 145:1-3

+Liturgists (Korean & English): Use NRSV version and change the “his” in verse 3 to “God’s.” ^Say: “The second Scripture reading for today is from . . .” End reading with: “The Word of the Lord.”

^This will be also be translated to Korean.

*SONG Great Is the Lord

[Song based on Psalm 145]

-Dan will introduce song.

*CLOSING SONG reprise of something from opening songs

-Dan will introduce song.
